Dundee Marina
I got the previous owners of Dundee Marina wrong, it was not the Cape Breton Boatyard, but Baddeck Marine. The marina remains closed. Thanks Jeff Clark for this information
We have gotten through interlibrary loan your 1997 Cruising Guide to Nova Scotia, and love it. I see at the top of this blog the "new guide" available notice. Is there a 2014 version that is out there somewhere? Can we buy one directly from you? We love the information and style of this book and are planning a trip up the Maine coast to Nova Scotia this summer. Thanks for the information. -- Carey & Peter
yes, but because of printing costs it's on a CD. You can send me cheque for $65 ( US or Can) to Peter Loveridge RR#1 Glenwood NS B0W1W0, with a postal address, and I will send you one .It isnow 430 pages and loads of charts and photos
Greetings Dr. Loveridge - I sent you a check for a copy of the revised addition of your Cruising Guide (on CD) but I suspect you didn't get it because the check has not cleared. I sent it on March 3rd 2015 about a month ago. If you have received it can you please let me know, if not I may stop payment and reissue a check and send it certified mail. please advise. Regards - pmilholland10@gmail.com
I did receive it, and I sent out your CD. Unfortunately our mail is slower now than when Queen Victoria was on the throne. I hop you received it, please let me know peter
Dear Dr. Loveridge, We are big fans of your book and are now enjoying its benefits at Marble Mt. I am sorry to say, however, that i just finished a rather long post on this site with some updates (which may not be necessary, given your new edition...we are working from 1997), clicked "preview" and the whole thing disappeared. Being about your age, we are not adept with this blog stuff. If you can send an email to us at sharon.tisher@umit.maine.edu, I can send you our comments that way.
